Naturally suitable for someone
～向き means “suitable for” or “suited to.” It describes the natural suitability of something for a person, purpose, or situation.
この料理は辛くないので、子ども向きです。
kono ryouri wa karakunai node, kodomo muki desu.
This dish is not spicy, so it suits children.
このかばんは軽くて、旅行向きです。
kono kaban wa karukute, ryokou muki desu.
This bag is light, so it is good for traveling.
Attach it to the suited audience
Attach 向き to a noun naming the person, purpose, or situation. It describes suitability, unlike ～向け, which emphasizes that something was designed for an audience.
この仕事は体力のある人向きです。
kono shigoto wa tairyoku no aru hito muki desu.
This job is suited to people with physical strength.

～向け says who something was made for. ～向き says who it happens to suit, whoever it was made for.
